* A city man is facing multiple charges, including drunk driving, following a traffic stop on Lark Street Wednesday night.
According to Amsterdam Police, officers on patrol noticed a vehicle with no front license plate driven by Jamie D. Gauthier, 41, of 321 East Main St., Amsterdam.
The car had a rear license plate that a computer check revealed belonged on another vehicle and that the vehicle he was driving had no registration or insurance and that Gauthier did not have a driver's license owing to a 2006 revocation for a DWI.
Gauthier, who was also found to be intoxicated, was charged with DWI, blood alcohol content greater than .08 [.10] and aggravated unlicensed operation, first degree, all felonies, as well as no front license plate, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, switched plates, and unlicensed operator, all violations.
He was processed and held pending an arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* FULTONVILLE A Pennsylvania man wanted for failing to appear in Florida Town Court is in local custody after his arrest at the Broome County Jail.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies, Joseph F. Costello, 26, of York, Pa., was charged under the warrant on Wednesday and remanded to the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond pending further court action.
* FULTONVILLE An Amsterdam woman is facing charges after being arrested in the wake of an incident at the Route 67 Fastrac on Wednesday.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies, Deborah Barnes, 59, of 291 Waite Road, Amsterdam, was picked up following a complaint that she has harassed another person, "making obscene and vulgar comments for no legitimate purpose."
Barnes was charged with harassment, second degree, ticketed and released pending further action in Amsterdam Town Court.
* FULTONVILLE A domestic dispute in the village resulted in charges against a teenage suspect on Tuesday.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies, Lukas M. Wilmot, 18, of 19 Montgomery St., is accused of intentionally damaging the property of another person during the incident.
When he was located, Wilmot was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and was charged with criminal mischief, fourth degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned in Fultonville Village Court and sent to the Montgomery County jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond pending further court action.
